    Absolutely worst experience ever. I had a bad experience before with this same location and figured Id give them a second chance to redeem themselves. Nope! It was worse this time. I had scheduled an appointment for 12:30 and I arrived 10 minutes early. We were rudely greeted by this one girl that didnt even introduce herself. The rudeness continued through check in. So I finally got through check in and went to go sit in the tv area. The entire store was in disarray and felt lifeless. So me and my partner were sitting and realized 2 and 1/2 hours had passed so I went to see how much longer this was going to take since I had more errands to run. I went up to the representative and she went to check. She began talking to the girl that checked us in for about 5 minutes give or take. She came back and said Unfortunately your mechanic AND technician are both out on lunch. I tried calling them and neither one is answering their phones. I replied, seriously? So no one thought about coming to tell us this information? Weve been sitting here for over 2 hours. She just replied with Im sorry I dont know what to tell you. I asked her has anything been done? She just shook her head no. So I told her to cancel my scheduled services. She said, Id have to check. Hopefully they dont have it already opened. She came back 10 minutes later with the keys, thank goodness. She just left we with another rude Im sorry. So the communication here was horrible and nonexistent, the service was rude and bad, the appearance of the facility was very distasteful. Really bad experience all around. NEVER GOING BACK!

    Only reason I am writing this review is to warn others to beware bringing your car here. I had recall fix and as soon I drove off the lot the air bag sensor light came on. They told me it cost over 1800 to fix because I would need a new airbag sensor. My guts said to just wait and get an second opinion. Well then my horn didn't work.Here to find out the part I had fixed was not done right. As soon as the clock spring was fixed , everything was fine. If they would of checked their work once i brought back to them they would of seen. It's sad.

    Fixed my car under warranty even though I didn't buy it there, but from a different dealership. Didn't charge me for anything. First day I brought it in took them 3 hours to diagnose the problem. They called me when the part was available, a tiny little washer that had disintegrated over time and was causing the steering wheel to click and vibrate, took 2 hours to install it. Inside was spacious and comfortable and although they did initially try to sell me a few additional services they weren't aggressive about it and didn't hound me or bother me when I declined. Thank you for working on my Hyundai! A+++

    Very quick & super easy process from the moment I applied online to the follow up calls (always kept me in the know of the next steps). Andre my sales rep (cool dude) straight up and honest from the beginning (no pressure or hassling) got in, got out and on with my life in a new vehicle. Thanks World Car!

    Ive had to deal with a lot of excuses from the North dealership so took my car to the South one. My experience there didnt involve any excuses for work shortage or anything pandemic related which I know both are real issues these days, but they took my car on short notice and got my vehicle back to me in under a week. Regardless of what other reviews may say, with only my experience taken into account I would definitely recommend using their service department. Thank you.
