        Communication from them is the worst. My vehicle still didn't get fixed as we asked for, which is why the whole reason for the the 3rd week extension-OR SO we thought. Even after we gave the go-ahead to work on what insurance didnt cover-means we would pay- we know. Make sure you tell them to CHECK ANYTHING MECHANICAL because if you don't, then they will only make your car look pretty with still mechanical problems. (IT IS NOT AN AUTOMATIC PRACTICE TO CHECK FOR MECHANICAL PROBLEM FOR A VEHICLE THAT WAS IN ACCIDENT-This is what we were told. ) I don't understand.. they had great service the PREVIOUS TIME I came here. This just left a bad taste in my experience with them this time around. I'm sorry, but I truly dont recommend.
