    I have lived here for a year now and will not be re-signing my lease. There is never parking available and had to get a garage after 3 months of living here my bf car was broken into 2 separate times and stolen the 3rd time around. There is no cameras around the complex only in the front of the gates which reset every 24hrs. The apartments are paper thin I can hear all the alarms and arguments my neighbors have. Another thing to keep in mind is that the management has changed twice and has not gotten any better they always have an attitude even for the smallest question. Lastly the little patches of grass around the complex are always full of dog poop. No one picks up. Also every Friday and Saturday there is piles of trash in the garbage disposal area because there is no Valet trash those days. Just a couple of things to think about before moving here!!

    Terrible management!! rude staff you can expect to be disrespected and taken as a joke when any problem happens. No access to amenities 7 months into renting, roof leaks all the time when it rains has not been fixed. molded washer and dryer, car break ins now they are enforcing tows and the parking is trash! Going without hot water for days! Water leak that took forever to fix and now we all see the increase in our water bill attached with rent. Poop all over the place. Dirty hall ways and stairs place is actually embarrassing when inviting people over because it really does not look luxury for the amount you pay youd expect more! Not to mention no one on staff actually lives here so they honestly do NOT care about the issues.

    **Office staff and maintenance are leaving artificial reviews** Lots of choices for apartment living in this city. Please read the reviews as the recent ones are very accurate. -31 Jan 2024, Water heater for building goes outmanagement emails 2 minutes before closing to say they are working very hard on the issue. Repairs will be during business hours tomorrow. - Its been 10 weeks that we have water intrusion in our living room. Water is coming down inside the wall every time it rains. The water then pools under the flooring which seeps up. Leaving a mess which smells. The flooring is now coming up. Not to mention not being able to place any furniture near there. We expressed concerns over possible mold and have talked to maintenance personnel and management/office staff. Nothing has been done and they even closed out our ticket/work order. - A $75 monthly amenity fee is charged. We were told moving in mid October that a new system is being added within 2 weeks that allows residents to access the pedestrian gates, pool and gym. Still nothing, and no updates. - Trash service; there is a pickup service which we havent any issues with. However, the complex has one dumpster/compactor. For the 2 days that trash pickup doesnt happen residents place trash by the dumpster which is overflowing, disgusting and inviting for strays and critters. - The lack of parking on one half of the complex is real. Not enough spots. It is what it is but if you come home at night youll probably be walking from the other side. And without gate access we have had to walk up front and enter gate code where you drive through and then walk through the road gate. (Back to the $75 amentity fee and access issue). - Security or lack of. There are signs warning of property under camera surveillance. There are none. The one camera at the front gate might as well be for show. After we were broken into and apartment robbed, we asked for help and to see the camera footage for the morning of incident the staff had no idea if it functioned or not. Also the gated community is a joke. The gates are open durning the day and the back gate doesnt always function allowing anyone to drive in here. For 2 months the front gate was broke and open. - Lawn maintenance and dog poop. There are residents who frequently do not pick up after pet so watch your step. The small yards available in some units go weeks without cutting. Our yard of weeds finally got cut but it was knee high for weeks. Petty problem yes, but unsat non-the-less.
