Crystal the property manager is very unprofessional has no capability of helping with any questions. Unless you like calling 5 times before getting a response, dont waste your time

We have been here for 7 weeks now and since then have been trying to get them to repair the A/C. They have lied and given us the run around since. We still have no A/C and resorted to buying 3 window units just to be able to sleep at night. Every request, every plea to them has gone ignored. We are now filing with the state to revoke our lease and get our money back. Not to mention this place is dilapidated and covered in paint including the bath tubs just to make it look acceptable. I have lived in apartments through out the country and in other countries but this place is by far the worst I have ever seen. I cannot wait to move out!

Smh! I cant believe this thats funny your giving me numbers that I have called left voicemails and NO ONE has the common courtesy to give me a call. I need to speak to someone ASAP!! I need this fixed, AC IS LEAKING ALL IN BATHROOM DOWNSTAIRS, still can use my kitchen!!!! I HAVE CHILDREN!!! NO FIX NO MONEY Roaches and so much more!!!! NANCY knew what she was doing talking about she walked through!!! You rushed my move in was not suppose to move in until the 22nd you said the original would not be ready BUT YOU CALL THIS READY all because you want your commission before you left!!!!Amanda and Janie are no better do NOT make promises if you cannot keep! IM SICK OF CALLING NO ONE ANSWERS
