IF YOU WANT YOUR CAR BROKEN INTO THIS IS THE PLACE FOR YOU! Had my car broken into 4 times gates non existent. They'll really try screw you over when you move out with fees 600$ bathtub fee that wasn't even new when we moved in. 300$ on trash? Lied and said we had pet? Charged us again for a pet seal fee once again didn't have one. Even Lied about the reason we moved out which was mainly due to the vandalism, theft, and burglary that happens here constantly fyi . If anybody sees this pick another place to live

Been living here for over 2 years and honestly I love it here! The amenities are amazing, the office and maintenance team really stays on top of it. Speaking of maintenance, theyre literally super fast , Ive lived in places where weve had to wait a whole month before anyone helped. Also another bonus, youll have a great view of the NYE fireworks!! Pictures dont do it justice!

This place feels like Im on vacation. The property is clean and quiet. I have met 3 lovely neighbors and their fur babies, such a pleasant experience to have responsible pet owners as neighbors . The staff is professional and take great care in addressing any issues. If you decide to become neighbors tell them I sent you, they have a great referral incentive for new tenants.
