San Juan Square 2

Horrible service. I drove from Houston because I’m considering moving. Leasing agent went to the manager and she was told she couldn’t show an apartment until she’s back at the end of the month. I have no idea why the leasing agent couldn’t grab a key and show me there model and possibly give me information. A waist of my time.

Last night my fiance got a call from his sister to take her to the grocery store got back unloaded the groceries was for about an hour came back outside and our truck had been towed left us broke. That is some bs. There's other cars on the property without permits.

Was there 2 and half years.for me it was horible.the apartment was nice and spacy with amenities like central air huge garden tub and walk in closets.ptetty big kitchen with Island.but kids all over the place unatended will knock on your door and run.lots of bullies with the kids.there are MANY MANY INSPECTIONS and thats due to bad scores on the big one they get every year.i felt like i could never rest.always looking over my shoulder for an inspection.staff quick to get rude.treat the public housing tenents badly.for example...the assistant manager made an apointment to do some paperwork and then i called the day before to make sure.she resceduled because she said computers where down.said she would get back to me with date and never did.instead i recieved a notice that I MISSED THE APOINTMENT TWICE.this was not cool because she was just flat out lying to the manager and i was being acused of wrong doing.now normally this wouldnt madder but for people on public housing it maders because it can easily turn into a Violation .before this management i had bean on public housing with no violations in 8 years well only 1.and because of this management and the way they handed out violations i had 5 in only 1 year.it was getting rediculouse..i was always in FEAR of losing my vouture and being homless with my kids on the street.not a good feeling and not cool considering i was very compliant because i understand the consaquences.if somone simply doesnt like u they call management and because of that u get a violation because she beleives. What they say.unlike other places that requiere proof.i had to get out .i had to get a transfer.i got my transfer finally because i knew this Management would make sur i lost my housing.iv bean in my new apartments a year and i finally have peace.my kids are in a safer area.managment is on top of everything.iv had only one inspection in a year because they dont get alot due to high scores they get with saha.we dont get towed like at san juan.i have a 2 car drive way.i do not suggest moving in san juan square 2 even if u have a vouture.if u want a quiet place, a peacful place try t l shaley.they are a bit older but to me its a trade off im willing to take.DONT RECOMEND.
