I've had a service agreement with Climate Control since I bought my house, there have been issues with my AC on different occasions but Climate Control has always been helpful. Recently I have had a slew of good experiences last year I had Mason help us out with some coil issue we had when our ac was still under warranty. The experience with him convinced us to extend our service agreement even after our warranty ran out. To our pleasant surprise he was service tech today and pointed out where our AC is doing well and diagnosed some trouble spots. In the end we were able to find a solution that fit our family with the advice of Mason. I hope to see him again for our next check up or if we run into any issues. Carlos M. of Climate Control came by to examine my A/C this date. I do this semi-annually. Carlos was the very model of professionalism. He filled me in on exactly what he did. I recommend him and Climate Control without reservation. I admire their candor, truth, and competence. September 13, 2023 I want to thank Scott Burger and the entire Climate Control staff for a job well done. It is a rare occasion when we encounter such professionalism and competence. Brandon was my initial contact. I then had a visit from John Richmond who explained with clarity the pros and cons of my various options. Once I decided on an A/C Furnace it was installed with consummate skill by Johnny & Brian. These guys were the absolute best. This is not a gratuitous remark. I've never in my life been more satisfied than I was with the installation of the unit. I also want to praise the two young men who (I forget their names) blew in new insulation into the attic & who also cleaned the duct work. Also my heartfelt thanks to Lindsay Booth for providing follow up info about the entire process. Thanks so very much to all of you. You're the best!
