        Well we had a full unit installed in our addition in 2010. It is now 2018 and we have had to have the outside unit replaced two years ago at our cost and now we are having to have the inside attic unit replaced at our cost because this company failed to register the units and did not provide us the paper work to register the units. So thanks for nothing and a $4500.00 out of pocket expense.
