Not only do they go out of the way to make sure every job is done right, they make sure customers are kept in the know. Most companies these days only care about how much they can make off the customer, no matter how many trips it takes. My AC stopped blowing cold at midnight on a Friday in August. I have a 6 month old so I needed it fixed fast. I called 2 other places Saturday morning but even with their 24 hour claim for business hours, they never returned my call. True Blue sent out Brendan D within an hour of my call, no need to leave a message. He replaced a capacitor and had me running again within 10 minutes of arriving. Cost was absolutely reasonable, I wouldve paid 5x to get the system running again. Plus, the company is based near my home, so I will definitely be using them again. Thank you Brendan! Great local company. Always professional. They keep my 14 year old system maintained. I highly recommend them. Update: they are still awesome. My maintenance this Spring revealed a clogged condenser line, which they fixed at no additional charge. My system is now 15 years old and going strong. I highly recommend them!
