Damascus Air

Not sure where to start... First, I called and got an appointment the next day! The first phone call made me comfortable, if nothing else, I felt I would receive a fair assessment. Dennis doesn't just work for money, he truly cares for the customers. I had 5 technicians look at my AC unit prior to Dennis...Dennis brought up a tool box, equipment, etc. and went to work! He showed me parts of the unit to help me understand the root of the problem. He fixed/repaired what he could and took his time. My unit is old, and will need to be replaced, just waiting on the quote from Dennis...no need to shop around. He was God sent, as I'm only in town a few days...he solved a problem that 5 other technicians didn't take the time to try to figure out. THANK YOU, DENNIS! Damascus is my only choice for HVAC services moving forward.

John was a professional young man. He figured out the problem with my thermostat very quickly and fixed everything. I will be using them again and sharing my experience with all my friends and customers.

Good afternoon Dillon. I just wanted to take a moment and tell you how pleased I was with my recent service call. Your techs John and Jose did a great job communicating with me their ETA and they arrived when they said they would. They were professional, respectful, knowledgeable and very helpful by answering my questions. I deal with many contractors working at a church and this unfortunately is not always the level of service we get. I would not hesitate recommending Damascus Air to anyone in need of HVAC service. I'm so glad I made that call!
