staff were very unhelpful, especially the black woman. She asked me to come out of the changing room (after she let me in) to show me how many clothing items i had. She was never there to help ( i needed to find new sizes etc, but she was always busy folding clothes elsewhere). Then after i tried them on and I wanted to purchase 1 shirt.. she asked me to go back into the changing room to take the hanger to keep it with me. (i still had more things to buy). 10 mins later walking around with the clothes hanger.. i asked her... why do i need to keep carrying this with me? She then said - it's supposed to put the shirt on so you can give it to the cashier. There was also a promo - buy one and get 50% off the next item... no one could answer me if it applied for jeans + jeans or could i mix and match? She asked me to go to the cashier to find out.. Then later at the cashier... she kept hounding me to sign up for a membership despite me saying im hardly in this country. I've been to the U.S and outlet stores for the past 15 years.. this is the worst outlet experience i've ever had.

They sell very nice clothes. but the people who work there are very racist and rude. The store should be more careful about what type of people it hires. very bad service

Very nice clothes and everything but very bad service this week I went to buy some things and the workers treated me badly and discriminated against me for not speaking English well. I think that the store should choose its workers better because they are there to serve the customers well. clients not to make them feel bad or uncomfortable
