        Total bait and switch. They didn't have the truck we ordered and tried to get us to take a different one. Then he wouldn't rent me the truck without an extra 60 bucks of insurance. We went to another penske location and they do not require you to take their insurance. So he lied, never apologized for not having what we reserved. The entire time we were there another employee was complaining loudly about some other employees. Rude, incompetent thieves

        I called them. Luckily, I wasn't too far away. Gentlemen by the name of Derek came out and helped me get back to the yard. Tractor-trailer air line temp fix. Thanks again Derek out of Round Rock Penske.
