I just rented a 10x20 spot at the round rock location today and so far everyone has been great. Great customer service , and the process has been very pleasant. You just got to follow the steps from going on line and reserved a spot , and calling them back and arranged your move in date . The two gentlemen that are onsite made me feel very welcome to the site and treated me with respect.

Interesting, it is concerned Self Serve, you get a message with a combination by word, not numbers, it will unlock the back door and key will be inside. Be sure to take picture of your milage and gas gage. Check to make sure the equipment you ordered is in the back og the truck. My dollie for a rental fee of $10 was missing. You will need to call. When you return the moving pads, you have to fold them or they charge you.
