I worked with Habib, my charging port on my phone was not working. He was attentive, and quick. I walked around the outlet mall for about 20 minutes and when I came back my problem was solved. 10/10 would recommend!

When I say I HIGHLY RECOMMEND I mean just that!!! I was visiting Austin on 3/16 and stopped by the Premium Outlet and 1st went to another phone repair that my cousin recommended on opposite side of Cell Zone who fix all her phones and that the guy always take good care of her. Well long story short he wasnt trying to take care of me. I watched another worker tell him the price he told me and he gave me that price so Im like wait why $70 more (iphone11) than what u charge my cousin so Im like never mind Ill wait to I get back to Houston and walked out I dont like funny business so I kept walking came across CELL ZONE why I see the man at the previous store in there Im like damn did he run over here and tell them the price or maybe they connected so I waited patiently to he left and proceeded to talk to the repair guy Habib when I say he turned my frown upside down with a wayyy better price, better service, and he was done in 15 mins. My cousin was so impressed that the price was better, service was great very knowledgeable than her homie that so calls takes care of her, she even said IM GIVING MY BUSINESS to CELL ZONE NOW I was so happy and I definitely WILL RETURN when Im in Austin beautiful ppl and I cant ask for nothing more. Again I highly recommend!!! I never wrote a review this is my first but I felt it was only right that I bless his business as he blessed me that day. Highly appreciative. I give 5
