We walked in and was greeted immediately. The salesperson was very helpful and informative. All the questions that I needed answered he was able to answer them. Addendum: POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! I purchased my mattress and box spring 4/1/2024 and was told that the first available date for delivery would be 4/7/2024 and they would either call or text me the day before to give me my window time. I told the salesperson Dennis that would be fine because my husband would be flying in on 4/8/2024 and we would need it before then. We'll, Saturday 4/6/2024 I never received a call nor text do, I called them. I was told that if I didn't receive a call by 7:30 that night to call back. No one called so I called and got the answering machine so I left a message. Sunday 4/7/2024 came and "I" had to call them back to find out that there was no order for me for a delivery. I am livid at this point. Come to find out they didn't have the box spring I purchased so the order was pretty much left untouched. NO ONE FROM MATTRESS FIRM CALLED TO INFORM ME OF THIS AND IF I HADN'T CALLED THEM I WOULDN'T NEVER KNOWN WHAT WAS GOING. Very unexceptable!!! On top of all that I have to wait until Monday night for my delivery. I'm not a very happy customer.

The staff is very friendly here. They provided us detailed information about the mattresses and answered all the questions we had very patiently. We walked out with a great customer experience.
