Home Zone Furniture

My wife and I enjoyed shopping at Home Zone. We bought several thousand dollars on furniture for our new home. When purchasing the furniture we purchased the additional warranty protection. The sectional we purchased started showing a very bad wear spot after two months. So I made a claim to have the bad piece of fabric replaced. There decision was that a pet had made the damage to the fabric and that we would have to pay for the repairs. It was news to us that we had a dog. Home zone does not stand behind there product. What a shame being from Texas and shopping at a store that builds their furniture in Texas. Home Zone should be embarrassed not standing behind their Texas made product.

Everything from the moment we walked in, to the delivery has been fantastic! The showroom was easy to navigate, the sales team were extremely friendly and our salesperson Daylen was beyond wonderful! With his personality mixed with Marinas (the store manager), the stress of furniture shopping was not felt here whatsoever! We never felt pressured or rushed, they were not overbearing at all, that alone made us grateful. Plus only a week for delivery with a fantastic delivery team that made a hard job look easy. And as a cherry on top, they even put our sectional together, cushions and all. Definitely listen to the reviews because this place is with the hype! Thank you all for your kindness and hard work! We will definitely be back!
