If I could give a zero I would. Not sure how Dell Technologies has been growing with a bunch really horrible laptops that weight a ton and often fails and have issues. My biggest mistake was to have my work give me a Dell laptop instead of a Mac. But the stock for this company that actually has been going backwards is skyrocketing. Their products are horrible. I have a laptop that weighs a ton, and battery lasts 2-3 hours and have all kinds of issues. I hope their customer service does not write a generic reply message that they do to everyone. Stay away from Dell's products, and I hope employers stop buying their products.

Worst customers service ever. Unable to deliver on time and then trying to keep your money until the merchandise that was never received is received back to them by their courier. But the worst are the staff that work in customer service, they should look for another line of work.

As a Veteran hoping to get my own house one day, I was floored to find out that DFS had locked my account and sold it without allowing me to pay it off. Unable to pay on it, Dell reported my account to all three credit bureaus as delinquent without my knowledge or access to the account to pay. In six months my credit went from the 700's to low 500's and now even though I'm financially stable enough to afford a new home, my credit is completely destroyed so I can't get approved for any loans. Once I get all the disputes in with the credit bureaus, BBB, ect, I fully intend to contact a lawyer because there's no way in hell that's legal. Best part of all of it is that when you call the customer service number, it literally just says "goodbye" and ends the call. Don't support Dell if you support veterans.

Dell needs help, sent me a empty box twice with a 1000$ item. Very sad that this company cant handle theft.
