I have spent hours trying to solve a simple order-on-hold problem with no success. The 800 numbers get lost in the phone tree, the online chats fail, the online support options get locked in a circle and the Virtual Assistant does not transfer to expert. VERY DISAPPOINTED!

be aware ,, dont buy dell alienware x17 r2 ALIENWARE X17 R2 17" FHD 360Hz I9-12900HK RTX 3080 Ti it almost costed me around 3500 $ i recived the laptop mint new , but its faulty it comse with (Thermal Error 2000-0314 Reported on the Alienware X15 R2 and X17 R2 Laptops) dell technical support recommend to solve the issue by updating the bios i did update the bios ,, but this didnt resolve the issue CPU heat reaches 100 C degree without even running any games,, just web browsing dell warranty didnt resolve the issue really poor bad faulty manufactural defected lapotps stay away !!

I have been a Dell customer for decades. Their hardware, support, etc. is top quality. Lately, though, Dell is getting seriously GREEDY. I have a 5k Dell credit line. However, I can't use any of the Dell Financial promotions at the Dell Outlet. They are stunned that I don't use their credit line there even though I get a better deal using my visa cash back card. Rep: What? Sir, why don't you use your Dell Premier Credit line and pay 25% plus interest immediately! Also, Their discount codes exempt practically everything except junk they already have in the dumpster behind the building. 15% off XPS laptops... Sorry, not that model...10% off code that they emailed me personally for being retired military? Nope, it doesn't work, no reason, not even for a printer cartridge. Dell is also pushing service contracts and auto renewing subscriptions like crazy. They emailed me about three 20-page contract agreements just for buying a Precision Tower. More paperwork than the house I just closed on. And I had to read through them, because I got a bad feeling there was a catch in the paperwork....all just to buy a pc? The markup on parts, upgrades, and accessories are insane. $1000 to upgrade my memory/ram, $1000 for a hard-drive upgrade, or a few thousand for a video card? Jesus!....Going ballistic on prices, pushing subscriptions, and angering long-time customers is a prescription for bankruptcy....Come on Dell, you used to be better than this...

I don't think I have ever had as bad of a customer experience as I have had with Dell. Their customer service is rude and unhelpful. Dell made a mistake with my order but per customer service they did not and they kept blaming my bank. After pushing for them to escalate up over 3 months, what did they discover? Yes, Dell did make a mistake. But they sure didn't go above and beyond to resolve. I was a 15+ year, Dell exclusive customer buying for 5 businesses. That day Dell lost all of this business because I will not work with a company who treats customers the way they do nor do I want to go through the hell they put me through.
