Bank of America (with Drive-thru ATM)

Worst location I have been to. Both times they were rude and unprofessional and took forever to do a simple task. Avoid this location!!!

I don't bank here but I know I never will. They should be ashamed at the flag they are flying out front. The bottom is completely shredded and the top is missing at least an entire quarter of the flag! With the name Bank of AMERICA you would think they would take some pride. Update: New flag in place as of 1/21.

Excellent bank, this branch is mainly super, everyone is very friendly, most speak Spanish and are very cordial. I wouldn't change branches!

Do not EVER come to this branch unless you absolutely have to. I have to come get change for my business from time to time and it is never faster than 30 minutes for a 30 second transaction. They are perpetually understaffed at the teller counter, yet managers are always just standing in the lobby on their tablet and dont go to a teller stand to help. Makes me so glad i deal with Chase for my personal accounts, i could never have to deal with BofA on a regular basis if this is how they all operate. Terrible experience every time i do not recommend doing business here
