Google and front door says it opens at 9. Why is there a line of people and locked door and 9:30?

Went during lunch on a Wednesday and got in and out quickly, without any hassle. The bank teller was friendly, and made sure that I had was fully aware of what was going on through the entirety of the transaction. Probably the quickest transaction I've had at a BoA branch.

My recent visit to the Bank of America in Round Rock, Texas, was exceptional, thanks to the front desk officer/financial center manager Ilse Nunez. While visiting Texas, urgent business account needs came up. Ilse went above and beyond in providing troubleshooting solutions to swiftly address my concerns. Her dedication and professional demeanor left a lasting impression. I highly recommend the outstanding customer service at this branch!

Today, my friend and I went into the branch with a series of complicated issues we needed resolved. This came up last-minute, so we did not have an appointment. Ilse Nunez, a banker at the front desk, helped solve all of them. She was patient, friendly, and most importantly (for our circumstance), knowledgeable. Thank you, Ilse.
