        Had little knowledge on staff who was helping us also dont know how to take care of costumer who is not capable to hand write make joke of costumer with their seniors (that I heard that loud laugh outside ) and surprised that employee dont know how to cancel and create new account and had to wait for 30 min just for that . Now, I realize why people ignore Wells Fargo Bank. But Brittney came back help . For CS depart Dont upload your wellsfargo CS email for details just upgrade your service . Thats it .

        2 YEARS AND Y'ALL STILL CAN'T UPDATE YOUR DRIVE-THROUGH BEING CLOSED.... WHY DOES IT STILL SAY OPEN TILL 5 PM?! I DROVE OVER THERE AGAIN AND IT'S CLOSED PERMANENTLY! UPDATE DATE YOUR LOCATIONS WELLS FARGO GEEZ!!!!!
