      Stephen, if you are having an issue with the Agents calling you back or not answering the phone, you can email me directly at [email protected]. the phones if not picked up in 6 rings does roll over to the other office so they should be getting answered. Unfortunately, we are short handed right now and we are adamantly advertising for more agents. It has increasingly gotten more difficult to find qualified agents that want to work.
