        Terrible service I have been here over an hour with an appointment and going on 2 hours now and Im late for work for just a simple w-2 they entered my social card number wrong and they entered my address wrong and then they gave me a card to get my refund back on I did not want that I wanted to go with a check now on top of that they keep switching back and fourth like who am I talking too ??? Whos the one helping me !!! I am mind blown that they are charging a 516 dollar tax pre fee for 2 w-2 thats insane!!! I have never paid that much ever for a tax filing they never discussed how much fees where until the end and I was assuming like 100 bucks max but for 2 w-2 is insane the amount was that much She was un trained and kept talking and not focusing on getting my w2 filed I will not be back next year my advice is to just spend the extra money and get a personal CPA its worth it! Especially if the price is almost the same This is an independent owned franchise of Jackson Hewitt
