I was very unhappy with his service that took forever to get done; he was never very responsive, I felt neglected as a client, I could say more but lets just say I will never use him again.

Super nice, but does not respond or communicate unless you follow up multiple times if at all. Ended up being a waste if time for me. After several months of trying to be patient I had to move on.

Steven is great!! He's easy to work with and is a real pro!! Since taxes are among my least favorite things to deal with, I don't hesitate at all to let him handle all of my personal and business tax needs. I highly recommend him!!

I would not recommend wasting your time with Steven. When I first met with Steven he was nice, and seemed knowledgeable. I hired Steven to do a tax return for a small non-profit organization. After the IRS due date, I called and emailed Steven several times, however, he never responded. Finally I stopped by his office in person. Steven told me he had filled an extension, that my tax return was complete, and he would email me an invoice along with a link to the IRS that required my electronic signature. I never received an invoice or the IRS link so again, I called and emailed Steven. Once again, Steven did not respond to my calls or emails, so I contacted the IRS. Surprise! the IRS never received an extension request like Steven claimed he filed and I was told my filing was past due. I tried once more to contact Steven, but of course my call was never returned. In the end I hired another CPA.
