absolute rubbish. 3 week rehab turned to months with no rehabilitation progress. this facility is a disaster. the administration is terrible please keep loved ones away. take them to highland meadows in rockwall, they are amazing and your loved ones will be home and back to them selfs in no time. beacon harbor has 5 stars from there employees reviewing they don't deserve half a star

This rehab center is Awful. The Physical Therapist are great. But the staff itself is horrible. I am a 67 year old paralyzed patient. They get upset if you ask to be cleaned or changed. When you call for them ..they take forever to answer and are rude like you're just some old person without any thought or consideration. This is unexceptable. I will get with my PCP and family and choose a better option.

Don the director your job is hard and stressful Im seeing it. You do it well with compassion & wellness for these folks. I include you in my daily prayers.
