Whomever answered the phone today on Thanksgiving was EXTREMELY RUDE and unprofessional. I asked to speak with my Grandmother and he asked me "do you know which room she is in?" I said " No sir i do not i'm sorry." He said "Are you a family member?" I said "Yes sir i'm her Granddaughter." He said "Then you should know her room number if you are that close to her." Someone like this should not be working in a patient care facility. I can only imagine how ugly he is to the residents! I'm appalled. Completely blown away. WOW!

Me and my wife are amazed how our mother Virginia has come to love her new home. Amber has been unbelievable., mom just adores her. She used to tell me every day to take her home.
Now she says no Don I love it here !!!

It is very hard to get ahold of someone at this place to check on my father all the family members all complaining to me about it and when they answer the phone they hang it right back up when they do answer they do not know how to switch to call over to him and when you tell him his name they still don't know call like 5 time a day and nobody answered

What can I say about this facility? Well, 4 days after our family put our father into this facility, the Director of the facility called for an ambulance to have our father transported to a Hospital where the next day, he passed from complications due to care that was provided to our father from Senior Care at Lake Pointe!!! This facility is a legal "killing" facility for the elderly. The whole staff should be in prison for their actions! Yet to this day, the facility is still open!!!!!

My mother recently had a fall and broke her pelvis in three places and needed a rehab hospital (skilled nursing) to assist while she recovered. Very stressful time and very tough decision to place the care of your loved one in someone's care. This was certainly a great decision to chose Senior Care/Lake Pointe Rehab in Rockwall. They were all very caring and sweet consistently during her stay for the month of October. It was not without a few frustrations which you are going to have anywhere but what I can say is that they are attentive, kind and worked to address anything she needed. The Director (Emmanuel) took time to sit down with me personally and that meant a lot to ease my fear and give me a point of contact for the duration. I would highly recommend them to anyone considering a facility for caring for your loved ones. Very grateful for them! Mom said the food was better than she expected also! Beautiful spot right on the water also!
