Very poor experience. Was in excruciating pain and vomiting and had to wait 4 hours to get relief. Would recommend BSW ER Rowlett.

Worst ER experience. The staff was very friendly however the wait time was 5 hours (with 2 toddlers) for our sons broken arm. We stayed until midnight Only to be told they couldn't cast it and we had to go to Scottish Rite the next morning. There were 2 ppl that came into the ER during this time and passed out of the floor from pain. They didn't have wheelchairs outside or in the front lobby (which couldn't prevented these ppl from hitting the ground). It's almost as if the staff just kept expecting ppl to collapse and it was no big deal. No sense of urgency which was very concerning for their lives and also very scary for my kids to see and hear (screaming and moaning in the waiting room). Ppl were even offering for them to go ahead of them and they said no. Very odd. Like I said the staff was very personable but they also didn't get insurance information from us or have us sign a HIPPA form. This made the process of going to Scottish Rite even more complicated and very inconvenient bc we had to go back to the ER the next morning to get X-rays (even though they said they sent everything to Scottish Rite). We won't be going back here.

Waited 7 hours for an initial consult. Not attentive at all. The doctor sent us home saying rest and relaxation only to be sent to another emergency room the following day with severe negative kidney and liver function. My friend was in critical condition and it was heavily overlooked by this facility.

Professional and friendly care provided when I went in for an infection last weekend. Stacy was my nurse and she was the sweetest! Dr. Bilbo was thorough and explained the bloodwork and plan for cure. Feeling much better! Proud to have them in Rockwall.
