My son took his girlfriend there just now and the place is closed at 6:07! Why is an urgent care closed?

Dr. Landry was rude & sarcastic to me. I asked for Motrin 4 times due to leg pain & headache & it wasn't until I was being discharged and the nurse hearing my conversation with my husband to get me motrin on his way home, that I was given something for pain. Although I expressed being dehydrated & my labs would prove such; Dr. Landry expressed, "Everyone is dehydrated. Drink some water." Saddens me the regard & treatment of black patients seem to differ from those of whites. Becoming more noticeable as I am a nurse myself & understand good rapport & care to all patients no matter their background or color of skin. No more Texas Health association or ERs for me.

I felt so sick and they were so kind and helpful to me. Everyone from the nurses in front to the nurses in back to the dr and the person that did insurance. I am so thankful they helped me start to feel better.

Took my daughter in law there for help with a 3 day migraine. She's is also pregnant which was an additional concern. She was seen promptly and can't stop commenting on how well she was cared for by Dr. Landry and the rest of the medical team. They were able to put her mind at ease in regards to the baby. It was a bit of a drive for us but considering the excellent care she received, well worth it. We'd go there again for any emergencies.

Horrible experience. I came in for a dislocated hip injury. As an ER nurse myself I was appalled at how long the triage nurse took to see patients from the waiting room. She was literally sitting at her computer documenting instead of triaging during most of my wait. I ended up leaving on account of feeling bad for the family that came in after me with a pregnant woman with active bleeding. Plus, Im at a much better ER thats just down the road. Go to Baylor, not here.
