        Jennifer is very kind and friendly, but I did not have a good experience with her firm. I'm subject to penalties for late filings because I never heard from her firm before the deadlines. I ended up filing the extension for my business on my own the night before the deadline because I hadn't heard anything from her. She didn't have it on her list so I got lucky that I filed it. I think her firm grew really quickly, which may explain some of it!
