        I love going there. It's a wonderful place. I do recommend people to go there. It has a nice beautiful view.. I also love the way Ms Josie keep everything nice a tidy she also is a Amazing Person

        I've been living here at Pearl Point for over a month at this point. I wanted to wait to write a review after living here for so long. Let me tell you. Sierra and Britany made my moving process super easy! I work from home and everything I need is here, from the gym to a nice luxurious pool. I've had no complaints with neighbors or staff. Even maintenance are helpful. I'm walking my dog and had a question about my dishwasher and they offered to come straight to my room and show me how to work it. If you a dog person, this place is super dog friendly. Which is what I was looking for. I will admit the dog park can get filled with mosquitos when it rains due to it being next to a pond, but it is spacious and you can't beat the dog wash. If all works with with my job being remote in the future still, I wouldn't mind renewing another year on my lease.
