        Caustic water. Makes my animals sick. Ruined dark and light clothes. Filled with mining pollution I think. Spend hundreds on filtering now in addition to monthly bills.

        When I called to let them know that I received their notice, and that the payment would arrive on day of disconnect, the receptionist was super nice and considerate even though I was late that month.
