Great advisory services for selling and buying a new home. We had a solid plan for staging and Kim gave us a pre & post walkthrough before pics and listing. We listed on Thursday evening, got a full price offer Saturday evening, and accepted Sunday. New home purchase was just as smooth. Highly recommend KTREG for your real estate needs.

I worked with Kim Taylor for selling of my house. The timing for selling the house was not appropriate as the market was declining constantly and time was tough but then Kim proved to be tougher then the tough time :). She helped us with the staging, expedited and expanded the media advertising, conducted more open houses and at the end sold our house. She is more like the next-door realtor who cares about you, listens to you and prays along with you. I loved her energy and never give-up attitude. I would recommend her.
