Bought 2 homes with Kirby, he's also helped us sell 1. Kirby provided great advice on what renovation projects would help, and which would not be cost effective. Home sold quickly, given his advice, and saved me the thousands I was going to spend on flooring. 4 years after buying our current home, our property tax values unfairly increased drastically. Kirby was still very reachable, returned my calls, and provided very good advice that enabled me to get my taxable value reduced almost $40,000.00. Great guy, great realtor. Thanks again Kirby.
