Quality Inn & Suites

Breakfast was pretty pathetic, pictures speak 1,000 words. Spoiled fruit and spoiled muffins with mold. The rooms smelled like RAID roach spray and carpet was dirty. The room and bed were comfortable. No pressure on shower water.

The room is what one would expect and was certainly adequate but not better. However when I went to shower on arrival (5pm) there was no hot water. The same thing the next morning at 6:30. The response at the front desk was "sorry we will have to check the boiler" nothing else.

Stayed in one of the older rooms that was really dated, moved to a remodeled room that was my modern both rooms are roomy compared to newer hotels. Good location near restaurants Walmart and HEB really helpful staff. Felt safe would stay in again. Rooms: Close to shopping and restaurants I personally felt safe walking around the area.

We are in rio all the time usually stay with family. This time we opted for a room, this was a great choice the pics on google must be old. The room we experienced was clean didnt smell bad and seemed recently painted and updated was very impressed especially for the price!! Will definitely stay here again especially the given proximity to restaurants stores etc there was free breakfast. We did not wake up in time for that lol parking lot was clean pool was clean lobby area was immaculate. The only thing we didnt like was in the room there is a door that presumably leaves to the next room. This door was unlocked and opened that was a bit concerning for my family: luckily I carry around a small wedge for situations as such we moved the coffee table and chair and a lamp to the door as an extra precaution. There was a few ants in the restroom but they seemed to go away and we didnt notice anymore once we had settled in. As far as aesthetic goes didnt much like the green chair or the top blanket of the bed which was green it didnt match the rest of the modern room. But it was still very nice Another plus for me was the ac blew extremely cold! I travel with a fan everywhere for these exact situations didnt need it here. Rooms: Very nice Nearby activities: Right next to a movie theater Safety: There was a security guard Walkability: Next to a movie the movie theater, Walmart, plenty of restaurants etc
