Excellent services and friendly staff. The office is impeccably clean and I love that we never have a long wait. The dentists are great with kids and explain thoroughly any questions I may have. I also love that the lobby has a play area to entertain the children while they wait to be seen. I pass many, many dental offices in my area specifically to come to Aliana because of the excellent services they have provided and highly recommend them to those searching for a comfortable dental experience for their child.

Dr. Hardy is so patient and so professional!!..My kid is always comfortable when he has his visits..she is always patient and does not rush you at all!!..She is open for any questions and always answer with such care...I absolutely love her and her staff. They are truly a God send and amazing!!

I called 1 month prior to my daughters appointment to provide them with insurance information since now my daughter was in my husbands dental plan and was told that the insurance plan was accepted but my daughters name was not on the plan and that i would have to call the insurance company to verify. My husband called the company and she was clearly listed as a dependent under the plan. I notified the office of this that way there would be no issues come appointment time. Got a call a week before the appointment that itll be a no insurance visit and when I talked to the staff who clearly had the insurance information on file cause I didnt provide it again they told me oh Im so sorry but we dont take that insurance plan. This all could have been prevented 1 month ago and I could have found a different dentist for my daughter but I was given excuses such as shes not on the plan call your insurance rather than telling me that insurance is not accepted. Mind you my first question upon calling was do you accept this particular insurance. Terrible customer service!

Staff was very friendly and the process of getting checked in as a new patient was quick and fast. Very clean and neat facility. Will bring my child back.

I did a working interview here and all I can say is wow the doctor was so patient and amazing with all the kids the office is state of the art it is warm and welcoming if you are looking for a dentist for your little one this is definitely the place to go
