Tried to take a appointment but otherwise sent to another office. They hardly ever answer the phone. After leaving a message, took forever to return calls, very disorganized. Not a place I will use for any future visits. Not helpful or accommodating. I suggest better customer service training. Miss my original dentist, going back to Excel, love the service and they step it up with anything I need . No issues at all. Hopefully they can improve on theses matters.

Very relaxed friendly and attentive atmosphere. The dentist and her assistant were efficient and knowledgeable. I felt at ease dispute my usual anxiety with dental appts. This visit will definitely help me feel better about the next.

Avoid this office at all cost. I asked for a referral to be sent to a pediatric dentist for my child (per my insurances request) over 2 weeks ago & it still hasnt been done. Also, I got a notification that my appointment is for 8:40am tomorrow when I specifically remember making it for 9:20. I cant come that early with school drop offs. Ive tried calling the office over & over but no one answers or even bothers calling you back. The front office is so unprofessional! I also asked what my copay would be beforehand for a general checkup/cleaning and never got told. Never experienced such bad service with a dental office before.
