Terrible service. I sent an email for a quote no response for a whole. Called the following day to follow up on the quote spoke with Christiana she collected all my details stating she didnt received my email and she likely has deleted the message. I stated no problem provided all the information again. After finishing, she gave a timeline of 24 hours for quote. Waited almost 48 hours for a quote and called then back, spoke with someone stating within 30 minutes I should received it that it been worked on. Waited for over 6 hours, before checking again with them. I was told they were short handed and wont get to my quote. After 5:00pm one of them called back and left a message about sending me a quote only for him to send an email stating we couldnt find you anything its best to reach out to your agent. So uncolt and unprofessional behaviors

We had this insurance ( Home owners of America Inc ) for our home for almost 5 years and never had any issues even during the worst years when we were hit with hard freeze winter storm, where it effected our plumbing , electricity and garage. in a big way . The insurance adjuster came to us in a week which is great given the entire city of Houston and Katy were hit hard. . It would be to our advantage to go back to them in the event we are not fully satisfied. Thank you for Job well done..,
