I personally like Perry Homes for their two-year warranty on new homes. Like the cherry on top of the cake, they have Shabhu (Salesperson) located in the two-story model home; she is one of the best people to work with. Anytime you walk into the model home, she welcomes you with a big smile and treats you well. She gave me the right direction in selecting the right home for my needs and was always available for discussion. If I plan to buy a home in Candela, it will only be from her. Thanks, Shabhu, for your time and support
