        The clerk was so unbelievably unprofessional.I tried to send an international package and it told me that they don't ship internationally on Saturdays. I went again on Monday and he told me o well I guess I'll have to do it right, I try to do it but he gave me many excuses not to do it, the previous staff were very friendly and always tried to help. I went to another UPS Store located in Frisco and had a great experience. I wasn't asking for anything odd or complicated, so I didn't spend much time at the second UPS store. The difference is that the clerk at the second location was competent and kind. I will NEVER visit this location again.

      Hello, Yani. I am positive that you were not at our store which is on the corner of S. Coit and Beltline. If you were on Coit, you were more than likely at the Coit and Campbell location. We do hate the experience you received, but please leave the review with the correct store. Thank you!
