    I have had a great experience since the tour up to when we moved in! Miriam has been such an amazing manager! I can say management has been very professional and efficient with everything! I am thankful and happy i was able to work with Miriam as she provided me with all the tools with my application process!

    Miriam helped me from viewing these apartments to moving in the day of :) She was super sweet and kind. When we came to view the apartments, she even gave my kiddos a snack. She was helpful showing us the apartments and giving us a choice between their newly renovated ones or the non-renovated ones. The apartments are very nice and clean, the amenities are amazing, my kids love them. Miriam also stayed in contact with me through the application process and helped as well as gave advice, which was beyond helpful. Now me and my kiddos have been living in our new apartment here at Oakline and we absolutely LOVE it! Lots of storage space, my closet is AMAZING. I love the open kitchen floor plan and I can have bar stools at the counter or a kitchen table. Love love love the apartment and the staff

    This is absolutely the most horrible place we have lived in...we moved here in March 2020. Since then there has been 6 or 7 different management teams here in 4 yrs. They all make the same promises and nothing has changed. There is a roach infestation here and they wanted to charge me $200 to treat it and there is no rules or anything on this property for the unsupervised kids that are all over the property kicking in people's doors, throwing huge rocks at doors, stealing decor in front of people's units and horrible vulgar profanity from very young children out here. They act as though they can't do anything about them running all over the complex with no supervision. The water is shut off every week for "repairs" in 4 yrs it has been once or twice a week which is absolutely unacceptable. Anyone that has asked me about this property I have advised not to move here. Its been horrible. The new tenants will surely see soon.

    Beautiful location in the center of things a family would need. My only issue with this company is the way they process the applications. They use the process of illumination through a Guarantor requesting 5x your rent. The average person doesnt know anyone who makes 8 grand plus a month. Its discouraging but it will work out elsewhere. If you dont have the best of credit or low income please dont bother. They do also keep administrative fees as well so do further research before applying.
