        I have lived at this property for almost 5 years and I have seen a significant decline in the personal customer service during the last two years. The staff has become impersonal ( except Quinton). They hide behind their apps. Communication has gone from personal to text messages and emails. I've tried calling several departments but they seldom answer. They have made some "upgrades", but unfortunately it's like putting lipstick on a pig. It no longer feels like a place to call home. It's nothing but bottom line and business.

        The Flats at Palisades are amazing luxurious place to live, I been living in this location for a year now and I dont have any complaints - and the staff is very knowledgeable and friendly
