The Cortland Prairie Creek community is pleasant with its staff attentive and professional. Messages, emails and service requests are always actioned promptly. Was concerned about service levels in a community of this size but its Teams have consistently met and exceeded my expectations. Layne is a gem.

Right from the start of my moving journey, Layne made Cortland feel like home. With her guidance I was able to get all the paperwork done quick and easy. This helped keep my stress down while still managing a move between states. She kept in contact with me through each step of my move to ensure I had everything I needed. Even on my move in day, she talked to me like we were old friends and made sure everything was as I expected. Im happy to know management has such amazing staff in the office to help us when and if we need something.

I recently moved into The Cortland, and overall my experience has been pleasant. Everyone in the office has been very kind and informative, even checking in after the move. We had a few maintenance requests the first weekend, and the maintenance crew took care of all of them on that Monday. There was a little mix up with our floor plan, so we did not get the large front closet that we thought we were getting. There is plenty of cabinet space in the kitchen and garage though! Other than that, its been a pretty easy transition! The parking lot is also very spacious, which is a big plus when compared to a lot of apartments Ive seen.
