    I urge everyone not to choose this apartment . Its the absolute incompetence and horror!!!!! They think writing an automated response to a review satisfies conditions. Bah! The audacity! They are the laziest and money hungry organization I have ever come across. Please please dont come here! The managements response to issues has been extremely disappointing! I recently encountered a situation where my AirPods and keys got stuck in a broken gym equipment and despite my daily attempts to seek assistance, they are utterly unhelpful and dismissive. Its been almost a week now. I have been met with excuses such as come back after 6pm or come back before 5pm which is frustrating even attempts to contact maintenance has been futile as I was told their phone died for 2 days!! The level of indifference is unacceptable:( I

    I gave 5 stars for Northside a year ago. Now its just a 2 star. The customer service has degraded so bad. They have interns at the resident services office. These interns have no idea what they are talking about, literally no full time employees to address my concerns. Multiple elevator breakdowns, poor maintenance service and expensive rent. They literally take over a week to respond to fundamental problems.

    Management is the worst! My daughter has lived here since the Fall of 2021. She has always paid her rent on time and has been a great tenant. She needs an extension on her lease, for 2 months, but management wont allow it. They instead told her she can sign another year lease and then sub-lease her room (shes in a 4b/4b unit). This is not an option. Since Northside doesnt offer summer leases, her room will sit empty until August anyway, so Im unsure why they wont allow an extension to her lease. She is an out of state student and has NO other options. Ive tried emailing, because the leasing office NEVER answers their phones. I did get a call back, yesterday, and the rep. left a message asking me to call her back, but she left no call back number. When called the number back that she called from, I get a message that her voice mailbox is fullso I couldnt even leave a message. I called the leasing office again, of course, no answer, and I left a message, but Ive heard back from no one. Its very frustrating knowing they could help her, but are unwilling. Shes been to the leasing office twice, once being told No immediately. She then requested to speak to a manager. She returned a few days later to meet face to face with a manager and was told sometimes they make exceptions, but they really cant do it in her case. I just want to know why. She has nowhere else to go and were just asking for 2 more months! This has been a very trying time and not being able to discuss her predicament further, with management being so dismissive, is a joke.

    NEVER GO HERE! I wish I could give this place a 0 star review given how poor my experience has been. They extort students of their money, have predatory business practices on our youth in college, and blatant neglect of their resident's concerns. They have refused to provide a parking pass for my car which has resulted in my car being towed, pressed additional charges for living expenses that were not agreed upon, and utilize unfortunate students - there is no hatred towards them, but unfortunately they are the only source of contact to management, thus are caught as the messenger - to shelter management from actually handling issues at hand. If anything, this place has been exponentially more stressful than college is. I have had to miss several lectures due to the stressors of this complex. The only benefit has been that you'll live within walking distance of the campus.
