    Future Residents!!! I applied online and when I was about to move I was told my application had been cancelled. And they kept the $300 dollars. I was robbed by their work staff! Be very careful with these types of people when you are making your applications to move.

    The office staff's behavior is unprofessional, they literally yelled at me because they wanted to change the parking space policy half way through my 12 month contract I have a voice record of me calling asking information about 3 bedroom apartment availability where they state they do have apartments available and then once I tell them I was just in their office 5 min prior and they told me there wasn't any available they got upset. (called with a different number, they would not answer my calls) We also requested for them to remove the carpet because it was old they painted over it and it was causing us allergies they refused stating that they could only do so with a doctor note. They retaliate against tenants and they try to take advantage if they're latinos, to sum it up the reason why they retaliated against my family was because they wanted to remove a car from the lease HALF WAY THROUGH MY LEASE TERM they were running out of space. the Manager MARIA MANDUJANO said she did not agree to anything however there had been multiple changes in the staff so at the time we renewed our contract for 2023 SHE WAS NOT A MANAGER SO THAT WAS OBVIOUS. WE MOVED OUT AND I HAVE A VIDEO RECORDING OF THE WAY WE LEFT THE APARTMENTS AND THEY ARE CHANGING $400 TO REPLACE THE BROKEN BLINDS WHEN IN THE RECORDING THE BLINDS ARE NOT BROKEN. THEY'RE CHARGING US TO TOUCH UP THE PAINT WHEN IN ALL STATES LANDLORDS CANNOT CHARGE FOR DAMAGES IF YOU HAVE LIVED IN AN APARTMENT FOR MORE THAN 5 YEARS WHICH WE DID ITS CONSIDER "NORMAL TEAR AND WEAR" THEY'RE CHARGING $1000 FOR DAMAGED CARPET AND THE CARPET WHEN WE MOVED IN WAS NOT NEW WE LEFT IT AS WE RECEIVED IT. THEY HAVE OTHER FEES SUCH AS HOUSEKEEPING, DOORSTOP, RISK IT ALL ADDS UP TO $2,290.70. They also said we moved out on Jan 2nd when we turned the keys in on the 29th this an extra fee. but any how. With this said I have enough evidence to report them to the city which I will do although companies like this never really pay for they're dirty business, the office staff should always remember that you reap what you sow and we are well aware that this was done because MARIA MANDUJANO was retaliating over her lack of professionalism. Remember the HUD you can always file a complain through them and hopefully before thinking on moving here you see this review. Gladly I'm a US citizen but most of my neighbors went through much worst because they were not.

    From personal experience I DO NOT recommend these apartments . When we rented back in 2019 we received used carpets, we ask multiple times if they could replaced them but they never wanted to . All the appliances from the fridge , stove, stove deck, dishwasher, were already old when they rented it to us back then in 2019. We ask if they could replace our stove , stove deck, we ask for blinds to be replaced as well. To sum it all up, they never replace anything during the time we lived there which was over 5 years in that same apartment even when renewing our lease each year there. When we moved out the manager that did the inspection of the apartment Maria Mandujano charged us over $2,000 for damages done to the apartment, including over 5 years of wear and tear paint, the old stove deck , $1,000 for the carpets we had throughout those 5 years and other charges . I send a detailed email to Valcap, and a regional manager for the apartments messaged me, saying she received my email but because the office was closed that day she couldnt do anything till she got back with her team, till this day no answer from her as to why this unreasonable charges. Im sure if they were in my shoes and this had been done to them , they would feel the same way as i did . But like that saying says , what goes around comes around. If youre thinking of renting here do think twice about it, have a blessed day.
