    Not sure if housing skipped my room but I had no towels, no toilet tissue and well there was hair in the tub. I really enjoyed Hilton because you can order fresh food while you stay there but this time I was very disappointed. Other than that the staff was very welcoming. Oh and do know the pool is outside and not sure why it wasn't open or the exercising room either ..

    Room: the shower floor was absolutely dirty and dark(scum). Disgusting, I had to shower standing on a towel. Dusty and TV picture was discolored. Unclean. I had wipe down everything. Breakfast: The breakfast cook talk to you absolutely too much while you're trying to prepare your breakfast. I felt she was watching and monitoring what I was getting and doing. Very uncomfortable and it's too early for that. The waffle mix was watery with no taste. The hot water has black flakes in it. I had to leave the hotel to go get breakfast. Staff: the night staff was nowhere to be found I kept knocking, he finally came from beyond the wall with his headphones in. Couldn't provide me an extra sheet because the one on my bed had makeup stains . Was never acknowledged as a Hilton honors member, wasn't offered the water and the snacks the other hotels offer, really bad customer service. I've never experienced someone coming to my door knocking to make sure I'm leaving when they granted me a late checkout. Uncomfortable and unprofessional. Totally unnecessary. I wouldn't recommend or stay at this location again. I only came here because residence Inn was booked and the Hampton is an older property. Extremely disappointed with this Hilton hotel. 2 stars because of location. Rooms: Shower floor dirty, stained sheets and dusty. Food & drinks: Lower your expectations for breakfast. Cook monitors what you are getting, uncomfortable plus talks too much. Disappointing. May have to go out like I did to get breakfast.
