Breakfast was not what was posted on the site. Some amenities that is on the website they do not have. (Great staff.) Nearby activities: Lots of activities and lots of places to dine out. Not far from Katy Mills Mall

Cant close blinds in room. It is lit up by outside lights. Called front desk but they said nothing they can do about it. Hard to sleep with so much light in your room.

Isha and her team do a very good job. Breakfast is good, the rooms are very neat clean comfortable beds nice pillows. Check in and check out went very smoothly. Will definitely stay here again when back in the area.

Check in was very easy. The entire Room was very clean and comfortable. Breakfast was a bust. There was no water to drink, juice machine was down and the fruit presented was old. When apples start having wrinkles you know it's old. I've been to other facilities where breakfast amenities were top notch. Ill still rate at a 4 because the building itself was very clean. LUKE WARM WATER IN BATHROOM, HEATER DIDN'T WORK, WORST BREAKFAST BREAD FOR TOAST HARD AS A BRICK SAUSAGE COULD BE USED FOR A HOCKEY PUCK NO DRINKS OTHER THAN COFFEE OR TEA IN FACT WAFFLE AND HOT WAS THE ONLY FRESH FOOD YOU HAD LOUSY SERVICE
