U-Haul Neighborhood Dealer

If i could give 0 rating i would. I arrived at the place no one was there to talk too.The truck did not have the supplies i ordered, was dirty and the brakes light was on and beeping. We had to change the order to a different location all with the pressure of the movers waiting for us. We had to go to pick up the truck and then go to a second location to pick up the supplies and all this cost time and money. This location is horrible. I open a formal complaint with the hope that someone the UHaul will wake up and take this location franchise.

Customer service was horrible. The attendant left and closed the shop 15 minutes before their posted closing time. When I showed up there was no way for me to receive the Key for my U-Hual. Zero Stars, please if you are open until 6:00 and make appointments for 6:00 you should be there at 6:00. Calling at 5:40 to say you will not be there and "figure it out through U-Hual" is not ok.

Complete con artists. To any future customers who need service from a uhaul location, avoid at all cost! Price went from 44.00 to 98.00.

This place is run by a single person. You have to help yourself. You might get charged more than what you book for or supposed to. The parking place is behind the shop and the passage is narrow to go. You will not find any staff there and you need to help yourself. If you do something wrong you are responsible.
