Made a reservation for a Van rental , received the confirmation, and paid the deposit. 3 hours before the pickup time received a text stating that my reservation was cancelled without any reason. I called them to get a clarification and they just made the situation worst. They said that they had 2 people in front of me having the same reservation for only one vehicle that was available so they hold me just incase those people didnt show up. I told them that this is wait list not a reservation. They just didnt care thats like their policy that doesnt make any sense.
STOP PLAYING WITH PEOPLE TIME IF YOU DONT HAVE IT READY.
