        I never want to write a bad review, but in this case I have to do my civil duty to tell you to NEVER rent a truck from Penske. They are very dishonest and have zero ability to take care of their customers. I had to go to 3 locations to pickup my truck I had on reservation, wasting 1/4 of my day and ultimately adding more mileage to my bill due to the fact the happen to "find" a truck available an extra 20 miles away (40 miles r/t)....thats $40 more for them so they were happy. The customer service actually hung up on me and resolved nothing. It took 8 phone calls on my behalf to fix the problem myself. Between 4 Home Depot employees and 4 Penske employees only 1 person was worth the time I spent with them and helped me. Penske is an absolute joke.

        Absolutely do not recommend. Showed up to pick up my reservation and they didn’t have ANY of the equipment I needed/reserved. Have my professional movers meeting me in an hour and I had to call Uhual for a last minute reservation and they price matched Penske as well. DONT EVEN BOTHER WITH 3rd party truck rentals with Penske.
