        I haven't eaten at Potbelly in years and I see why my sandwich barely had any meat on it and had no taste I would have done better making it myself.

        Ive order twice from here and twice theyve gotten the bread wrong. Wheat or White. Seems like my order should be right at least 50% of the time.

        Damn why is Potbelly so good wherever you go! Food we ordered: A Wreck: My meaty favorite! Turkey breast, hickory smoked ham, Angus roast beef, salami, swiss. I go sans ham and fully loaded including the best topping the hot peppers. This is always a memorable sandwich for me top-tier Chips: I skip these as I dont love the brand at all, I have tried all the flavors and they dont do it for me Soup: Chicken Pot Pie soup which was not great a bit cold and the chicken was tough. Skip this. Drinks: Oreo Milkshake - To die For this is a must have! Creamy thick and delicious Kids Mac & Cheese - Top tier Mac both nieces loved it Prices are about as expected for a sandwich shop. Decently busy with there being a drive-up and pickup. The staff was friendly and the food came out hot and delicious.

        My family and I love sandwiches shops. Must have been an off day for this location during our last visit. Not sure if staff was new, or what the issue was. Each of our sandwiches were missing ingredients. Avocado turkey had no avocado on two sandwiches. The Italian was missing cheese, etc. Not only were the sandwiches missing ingredients, but the sandwiches were not that good in general. The soda fountain did not have carbonation. Our party and several others all asked about it and they said they had fixed the issue, which was obviously not the case. Service was sub par, with hardly anyone in the store. I do think the drive through was busy, but should not have affected the in store experience. My wife loves the avocado turkey sandwich from Potbelly, but our last couple experiences are turning us away from the chain.
